If an item is not tied to a default location, it would not be displayed on the item list on the Requisition create page. --------------------------------------------------------------------- **Requisitions/Issues - Edit Page** ----------------------------------------------- 1. **Question**: Why is the "Item has already been added" prompt displayed on the Requisition edit page, however, the user is unable to see the item? - **Answer**: Verify the item is tied to a default location. If an item is not tied to a default location, it would not be displayed in the list of items on the Requisition edit page. 2. **Question**: Can a Requisition be reverted more than once? - **Answer**: No, a Requisition can only be reverted once. If the user requires to revert more items on the Requisition they would have to create an Adjustment in both the Location and Cost Centre affected. --------------------------------------------------------------------- **Requisitions/Issues - General** -------------------------------------------- 1. **Question**: Why is an error screen displayed when the Requisition button on the navigation bar is clicked? - **Answer #1**: An update was pushed for the feature, and it broke the feature. This should be reported to the IMS Support/Development team ASAP. - **Answer #2**: If an additional feature to the module was enabled, but not setup correctly it can cause an error screen. Also, verify the correct URL is displayed.
